Return & Exchange Policy

At I Buy Secret, customer satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange or return an item. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we also prioritize hygiene and product safety. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchange requests only if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or stains.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

  • The product is in resalable condition.

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be exchanged.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or we shipped the wrong item:

  • Panties and briefs

  • Bodysuits

  • Shapewear that has been tried on

  • Opened intimate accessories

  • Items marked as Final Sale, Non-Returnable, or Clearance

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

  • An item with a manufacturing defect

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution at no additional cost.

4. Size Exchange

If the size you ordered does not fit, we may offer a size exchange subject to:

  • Stock availability

  • The item meeting all exchange eligibility requirements

Customers are responsible for the delivery cost associated with size exchanges unless the mistake was made by I Buy Secret.

5. Return Policy

Due to hygiene considerations, we generally do not accept returns for refunds on intimate wear.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

  • The product arrived damaged.

Approved returns must be sent back in their original condition.

6. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support within the applicable timeframe.

  2. Provide your order number and explain the reason for the request.

  3. If required, send photos of the product.

  4. Wait for exchange approval before sending the item back.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

8. Shipping Charges

  • If the exchange is due to a customer preference (such as selecting a different size), the customer is responsible for the return and re-delivery charges.

  • If the exchange is due to our mistake or a defective product, I Buy Secret will cover all applicable shipping costs.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to this Return & Exchange Policy.
